Our coaches have prepared training taking into account the specificity of learning people 50+. The first one took place on January 11, 2023. Participants learned what self-awareness is, how to distinguish internal and external self-awareness and how to use the 4P method.

People involved in the project shared their impressions. All comments will be taken into account and used during the next courses that will take place soon. At the testing stage, opinions of participants and trainers are collected in order to create the final version of the courses.

Then, all the documentation necessary to conduct a given course will be made available free of charge (under an open license) to all interested parties.
